ADMA Biologics Investors Urged to Contact BFA Law Over Fraud Suit

NEW YORK, June 29 — A class action lawsuit has been filed against ADMA Biologics, Inc. and certain of the Company’s senior executives for securities fraud after its significant stock drop resulting from potential violations of the federal securities laws. Investors have until August 10, 2026, to ask the Court to be appointed to lead the case. Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP announced the lawsuit Monday.

The case, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, accuses ADMA and certain senior executives of violating federal securities laws. The complaint asserts claims under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The bottom line: ADMA’s stock dropped significantly, and the law firm alleges the decline followed potential violations of the federal securities laws. The case is captioned Mazzarino v. ADMA Biologics, Inc., et al., No. 26-cv-6918.

ADMA Biologics is an end-to-end commercial biopharmaceutical company that manufactures, markets and develops specialty biologics. Its flagship product is ASCENIV, a liquid immune globulin solution used to treat Primary Humoral Immunodeficiency in adults and adolescents.

During the relevant period, the complaint alleges, ADMA was engaged in a de facto channel stuffing scheme to drive revenue growth in the face of waning demand for its flagship product, ASCENIV. Investors will note that the lawsuit does not specify the exact size of the stock drop or the precise dollar amount of losses. What is known: the decline was significant enough to trigger a securities fraud action.

The law firm is urging anyone who invested in ADMA securities to obtain additional information on its website. The class action covers investors in ADMA securities. Those investors now have until August 10, 2026, to ask the Court to be appointed to lead the case.

Bleichmar Fonti & Auld is a leading securities law firm. The firm is not commenting on the specific allegations beyond what is in the complaint.

What to watch next: The court will set a schedule for briefing once the lead plaintiff is appointed. Discovery could take months, and a trial is likely more than a year away. For now, the clock is ticking for investors who want a seat at the table.
